“The office is always quick and I never have to wait an hour for my appointment like my old primary. I never have a hard time getting a referral and the staff is always nice and the Dr always listens to you when you have a problem. I'm so glad I changed to this office they are so much better than my old primary care physician. They also give you a print of your visit and if you needed referrals you can get them right away before you leave and if you need refills on your medication he will send them right to your pharmacy that day and it's all on your visit print out.”

“Today is 9/15/25 I came in and was seen by Dr Ramos very briefly he took a look at me and immediately began to judge and discriminate based on why I have this spinal cord injury. Stating "I don't want to prescribe You any medications that you might get robbed for", then asked why I why I still wear my jewelry. None of this is in his job description. Then began to rant about my insurance is the only ones making money. He also called me dude witch was very disrespectful. I already have and live with alot of truma and this did nothing but add to it. I came this practice with intentions to help alleviate pain and left with more pain than I initially came in with. I have never seen a doctor so bias and unprofessional in my entire history of doctors.”

“Yesterday after my visit with the doctor for pain the prescription to help me was not sent to my pharmacy. I called the next day and was informed that it could take up to two more days before my pain medication would be sent to the pharmacy. I am leaving on a 4 day trip tomorrow morning at 6:30am. The doctor's office informed me that my prescription might not be ready before my trip. Disappointed in the turn around time.”
