“I had a 2shots in my Back on Oct. 28th. I was under the understanding that at least 1 would be in L-2. Based on the recommendation of the Radiologist that read my MRI. upon showing up for my appt. I asked, where am I getting my shots. The lady at the front desk said at first, one in each of your lower lumbar. I said they should be only on the left. She looks back at her computer and says, oh yes 2 shots on the left L4-L5 and L-5-S1. I said they should be doing L-2 for the severe pain in the top of my thigh. She said you can talk to the doctor. Ok, thank you. I get called back and I repeated to the girl doing my intake that I want to talk to the Dr about at least one shot going into L-2. She says, you can talk to the Dr. I don't have anything to do with that. The next girl comes in to prep me for my IV. Again I voiced I wanted to talk to the Dr about putting at least a shot in L-2 because of the severe pain in the top of my thigh. She states she has nothing to do with it, I can talk to my Dr. so next comes the anesthesiologist, and again I explain to her, that I was under the impression I was getting a shot in L-2 for the severe pain in the top of my thigh. She states I'm just the anesthesiologist you can talk to the doctor when you get in the room for you procedure. So I'm taken to the room and I explain for the 4th time to the employee prepping me on the table for my procedure that I want to talk to the Dr about putting a shot in L-2. However, the next thing I know I'm waking up. The procedure is finished and the shots were injected into L-4-5 and L-5-S1. I was assured that they would help my pain. Well after 3 days and no relief of the severe pain in my thigh, I sat down and reread my MRI. The very last line reads... Degenerative synovitis involving the left L2-3 facet joint, also potentially amenable to facet steroid injection. Needless to say, I will be taking 2400 mg of Ibuprofen per day to function without pain. Until I can get back in with someone who will not only Listen to the patient but also read the MRI. Who knows the damage to my liver this additional time is costing...”

“How do you go in for a consultation, don't even see a doctor and immediately tell you that you need a shot, you need to go under without the doctor even seeing the issue at hand. Herding cattle here for sure. How do you do a shot when you don't even know you're even a candidate for it. Asked to speak to the doctor and was told nobody allowed to see her. Also, no process for drug testing. Went to go take a urine test and while I was in there leaving my sample the person before me was also sitting there unsecured. I could have swapped urine as there was no security here. Not sure how they are in business with so many violations.”
