“Dr. H and Veronica are capable, but the staff is questionable. They've lost my signed pharmacy/medication forms twice. Forms/information sent through text or email is repeated. Pain management is not my choice, and I detest big pharma. I am waiting for an appointment at Stanford and my neurosurgeon doesn't want me taking the injections they offer.
