What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“After being rear-ended in a serious car accident, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. From my very first visit, Dr. Strut and the entire team at his practice made a stressful situation so much easier. They have been professional, kind, and genuinely care about my recovery every step of the way. Dr. Strut takes the time to explain my treatments clearly and always listened to my concerns. The staff is incredibly supportive, organized, and welcoming, which makes each appointment feel calm and reassuring. I have never felt rushed, and it is obvious that everyone there truly wants the best outcome for me. Thanks to their care and dedication, I continue to feel supported during my healing process. I'm extremely grateful to Dr. Strut and his team and I absolutely recommend this practice to anyone needing compassionate, high-quality care.”

“My fiance came here for two appointments after his car accident. The PA we saw was an older woman--her name was either Jessica or Jennifer--but she was probably the nastiest "professional" we've ever encountered. She was very condescending, and smirked when he struggled to stand up due to his injuries. She was a vile woman with absolutely zero empathy for others. I'm a nurse practitioner, and frankly, her behavior and attitude gave the impression of someone who should be a patient in a substance abuse program, not a provider. They offer very limited treatment options here--I honestly have no idea how they even operate. If you've been in an accident, go somewhere that will actually help you--like a physical therapist or any clinic that offers treatments that actually work. Needless to say, we will not be returning. We'll be warning friends and family and informing our regular doctor about this establishment and its low-quality providers so he doesn't refer anyone else here. The only positive part of our visit was the kind older woman at the front desk and the younger staff who took vitals--they were polite and professional. But aside from those very brief interactions, this place is absolutely not worth it. I'd give it 0/10 stars if I could.”

“Do NOT ever rent from them ever. The "manager" Lindsay literally forgot she managed my building and she has been working there for a year. This woman seems like she is constantly on so much medication because she cannot remember one single thing. I call about a problem with no heat and she can't even remember the following day. Have only seen her one time. Otherwise she just sends her minions to do her work for her. Place is a joke.”

“I had a concussion from a car accident and it really affects me mentally. I was skeptical about the syntonic phototherapy that they offered but I noticed a difference within the first 3 session. It is crazy how looking down a tube for 20 minutes can improve my vision. My only regret is that I waited over a year before trying it.”
