We waited an extra hour in the clinic for matters to be handled appropriately, only for the physician to leave and not complete the filling of the prescription. Elaine answer for him leaving was, "she was too busy to see him leave". The WalMart pharmacist insisted we ask for a generic medication only to be presribed a brand name by Dr. Singa that needed prior authorization, 2-3 days for approval, and that will cost more money than the generic prescription we already had a prescription for. Please read the contract they require you to sign as well. They are deceiving in their language. The way they handled my situation was poorly mishandled and I will never come back to this clinic again.”
