I had multiple meetings with their second-in-command guy and his less-than-qualified team, each time hoping they would offer real solutions. I went to this Renuva Back & Pain clinic because I made a wrong decision and received 3 treatments, but it didn't work at all and now I'm worse than before. The reason I'm writing this is because I hope that there won't be any more victims based on my experience. While I was receiving 3 treatments, I kept asking, "When will I get better?" The answer was a year later. Who would do this kind of treatment if they paid close to 9,000 dollars and kept getting worse? Even if you ask them to return the money after deducting the cost of 3 treatments, they won't give it back. The clinic makes you sign this paper so that they don't take responsibility for anything. "The procedure is not guaranteed to relieve my pain, partially or totally" It doesn't get better at all and it actually makes you worse, so why do you keep doing it? Don't be fooled any longer. The doctor was clear and concise in his explanation of the problem he will look to address( based on my pain, and the path to a solution to help me improve my range of motion and relieve me with some of my pain I've experienced since exiting the military.
