Patient Testimonials

I have recently just begun therapy at Reno Regenerative. The staff and management have been wonderful. I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly voice. I feel like I am making some positive progress and I owe it all to them. Many thanks to everyone involved in my care. Steve Bell

I used to be paralyzed from the waist down from an injury that ocurred in 1989. I recovered slowly, but was able to walk again with only partial paralysis in my right leg. Then I had an accident on horseback that shattered a vertebra in the middle of my spine and had to have a spinal fusion. A few years after that I was in a car accident and fractured my neck in 3 places and had to have a 4 level cervical fusion. As if that wasn't enough, I fell in a hole and snapped my right knee back resulting in severe hyperextension and very little control over my right knee. I recently had a knee replacement and the surgeon made my right leg an inch longer than my left leg. This caused me to experience hip pain and severe spinal scoliosis. I was in tremendous pain and very depressed. I tried to seek help from several different local chiropractors but their adjustments usually ended up causing me more pain and sometimes left me unable to walk for a few days and experiencing migraine headaches. I was feeling even more frustrated and then I attended a seminar by Reno Regenerative Medicine and decided to go in for a consultation. First I met with Brandon the case manager, he was very kind and listened to my long, sad story. He sent me for xrays and had MD Rachel give me an evaluation. She prepared for me several treatment options. Unfortunately I had to choose the cheapest option, but would have preferred the most comprehensive. The office helped me get a loan for what was not covered by my insurance with a reputable credit union. The office paid the interest on the loan and gave me a discount for signing up that day. I am so grateful for this extra assistance. I started treatments immediately, I must say I am completely impressed wirh this office. Even with the cheapest option, my treatments are very comprehensive, including trigger point injections (to loosen spasming muscles), allergy evaluations, flexibility evaluations and muscle strength evaluations, decompression therapy in conjunction with laser treatments to relieve pressure on the spine & reduce inflammation, rehabilitation therapy (includes stretching and muscle strengthening), infrared light therapy, biogenetix supplements, allergy treatments, and of course chiropractic adjustments. Their chiropractors (Dr. Decker & Dr. Wendy) are so gentle, even with all my spinal implants, they are able to treat me without causing me any pain. I was afraid to do decompression therapy because of my spinal implants, but it has worked out great. After my first day of treatments all the pain I was experiencing disappeared. I am halfway thru my treatments and I am doing great, no more hip pain. I am nervous for when my treatments stop because there is no reversing the damage done by the knee surgeon, my legs will remain uneven. Thank god for this office and the progressive treatments they offer, my only other alternative would be pain medicine. Because of them I get drug free pain relief. They have a very knowledgeable staff from the awesome techs in rehab and decompression therapy (thank you Christian, Alex, and Laura) to their Nurse Practitioner Brittany, to their MD Dr. Rachel and her Medical Assistant Whitney. Not to mention their outstanding office staff!! If you get treated by them you will be thankful and impressed. I noticed that the only negative reviews to this office were by people who were afraid to get treated and backed out. This is the most progressive treatment center in Reno, I am so happy I found them!!

My daughter is a figure skater/volleyball player. Based on the demanding movements of the sport (jumps, spins, and complex landings) can put significant strain on her spine and joints, leading to misalignments and pain. Wendy provides adjustments improving flexibility, balance, and overall performance while preventing injuries; essentially optimizing body mechanics for optimal sports ability. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful and accommodating.
