The front staff are all helpful and friendly, (especially Kelly) she knows her job, does it well but don't go in causing problems because she will solve it for you. The doctors and practitioners are fantastic, especially Maryann in the Sewell office. I probably would look elsewhere or follow her if she ever left. DR.Lee is the man to see if you need a doctor's opinion or advice, i would definitely recommend.”

“Do NOT go to this pain management place if you're looking for help. My honest review is one of the Doctors, his name is Dr Oats. We took our almost 95 year old Dad to him for almost a year. Firstly, the ladies who are the staff are extremely rude. I asked for an extra copy of paperwork and you might have thought I'd asked for their right leg. The one with the long straight hair was the worse!! Her answers were always like she didn't want to be bothered. Dr. Oats is a real fast talker. No matter how many times we told him to speak slowly because my Dad could not understand him, couldn't hear him and my Dad asked him, he just ignored us. My Dad was on 10 mg of a pain medication. 9 months in he decided to lower it to 5 mg and took one dose away. My Dad had a car accident. I'm very close to my Dad and he's been on this medication through his family Dr. He told her it wasn't working as well as it did before so she sent him to this guy. He gave him NOTHING for months. 94 years old and my Dad always had a lot left over because he was afraid of getting addicted to them. This Dr Oats does NOT understand chronic pain whatsoever and that is the truth. Finally, he put him on 5 mg 3x a day Oh yippie-do-da! It didn't help of course. After almost a year going to this cash cow place my Dad didn't want to go anymore. I know he didn't like me because I would ask him, "Why are you not helping my Dad?" He ringed around the mulberry bush as per usual. The last visit do you know what he told my Dad to get? Roll on pain gel from CVS. His condition is that he doesn't have any cushion between his disks-it's bone on bone. He's in bed most days and nights and this Dr Oats did know that. We found another doctor who is helping my Dad right away! He talked to him, told him how he felt being treated and this Dr is helping my Dad!! Just when I thought this can't get any worse, God came through for my Dad. This review is 100% honest and true. I wrote a review on the new pain management because they sent me a link and asked us for a review. You can find it under my name here on Google.”

“Excellent treatment. Dr. Oakes is very thorough. He takes time to explain everything and to answer questions. He is very knowledgeable and explored all possible causes of my pain. He was very respectful of my concerns. He also did not rush through the examination or rush through answers to my questions. The staff is also very nice. I was late but they were very amenable to switching me with a patient that was early, they did so without my even asking. I couldn't be happier.”
