“This place is awful. I had several sessions for injections that did absolutely nothing for my knee pain. So finally I stopped going. The front desk girl started to calling me asking me about coming back. I told her that I was not coming back because I saw no improvement in my knees. So two months later after I stopped going I get a bill for $350. They never asked me for a co-payment. This bill is for the co-payments for all those sessions. I was extremely angry bc I could have been paying the co-payments. I advise anyone to never go to this place.”

“My name is Rosemary, this is my testimony. Last December I fell down without any notice. When the ambulance arrived then took me to the ER of Saint Mary's the x-rays shown was a crack in my patella and the chip off of my cartridge. When the orthopedic surgeon viewed my x-rays, he told me I would need replacement. My first response was, oh no, I'm too old to have surgery so all I did was pray. After searching Google information about new treatment to heal my knee. I immediately went to see if they could help me. Dr minnesi took and viewed X-rays of my knee. He told me I would be out of the wheelchair and will graduate to a roll later and then a cane will be introduced for my mobility because it was very limited. I testify to a miraculous healing within a few months.I sing praises as I get treatments once a week with injections of toradol and graduated to their HA injections. “The receptionist needs to schedule accordingly to the services required. My appt. was at 10 am, and the wait time is always 1hr. No need to arrive early because scheduling is not on a first-come basis. When scheduling appointments, the receptionist should again allocate enough time based on the patient's needs. They do not provide world-class customer service. These ladies should have apologized to the patients for the wait time. There are only six chairs in the waiting area, with eight people waiting and one in a wheelchair. This behavior is unacceptable, and this office needs to do better. I'm writing this review while still waiting to be seen.”
