“I've known this physician and his nurse Monica McGowan for quite some time. I met them at another practice and because of some issues, I lost track of both Dr. Marshall and Nurse McGowan, NP. One day, while scanning Google, I first saw Dr. Marshall. Some MD's develop a deep trust with their patients and I truly believe that they must keep it! In Pain Management, it's very imperative that a patient MUST SHOW that MD that they're doing what's prescribed! I myself am taking strong medicine! At this juncture, he knows I balk at the more invasive procedures that's offered. Every MD needs a good Nurse. I understood that when I was a scrub tech. I met many great Nurses. Monica McGowan mainly works with Dr. Marshall and she's a great Nurse. They're hard to find! She seemed not to talk much to me in the beginning so, I didn't get to know her like I did Dr. Marshall, and even now, the only time there's any interaction with her is at appointment time. This past July, I was hospitalized and even now, I'm recovering. She saw me a few weeks ago. I wanted to discuss this matter with them both, but Dr. Marshall was at his Paces Ferry location. So far, the trigger point's holding. My epidural's scheduled for the day before Thanksgiving. After the interaction with Ms. McGowan, NP and how Dr. Marshall and his medical staff handles change in the office, it seems to me, I'm guaranteed relief and if you decide on Dr Marshall, and Ms. McGowan, NP. you too will experience satisfaction and great relief. (I bet Nurse Monica's smiling at how I kept using NP.) She's a good one and would make a great P.A. Still, she has great knowledge of how Dr. Marshall wants things to go in his practice. I use one word: Positivity. Without that, look for again one word: Chaos. It's no chaos at Regenerative Spine and Pain. They are all good at what they do. Dr. Marshall's double board certified, and graduated from Harvard out of Boston, Emory, and Morehouse, the latter two: Atlanta. Dr. Jennifer Xiong a Harvard graduate is with Dr. Marshall, and Dr. Christopher Williams. They ALL, including Monica, Nurse Practitioner, at his practice, are highly trained at pain relief! This "snake oil" they sell on the Net won't hack it and it's a waste of time, but this Regenerative Spine and Pain is part and parcel of how I was wearing nice shoes! Dr. Marshall and his team's making it again, possible. I recommend this medical practice.”
