“I'd like to see Dr. Lin for multiple tendon tears in both shoulders that are causing significant pain. Traditional therapies haven't helped, and I believe his PRP treatment, especially with ultrasound-guided injections, could really benefit me. However, I was told by his staff that I need current MRIs for each area before I can even schedule an appointment. The issue is that my HMO won't approve the MRIs, making it impossible for me to proceed. I'm eager to get the MRIs and see Dr. Lin, but I'm stuck without the insurance company's approval. Is there any advice or assistance you can provide to help move this forward?”
