“Hey there! How yall doin? I pray the people reading this post are blessed and highly favored. I am going to send a shout-out to Miss Amy. The Big Dawg in the Physical therapy room. She is large and in charge but comes in a tiny package. She is so kind, caring, and compassionate. She is knowledgeable about her profession. She is very attentive when she is evaluating you for physical therapy. She takes her time. She listens to everything you tell her. She gives great advice, feedback , and suggestions to help you improve your condition.She makes you feel so comfortable. I have back issues, neck issues, 2 knee replacements, 2 rotator cuff surgeries, 3 carpal tunnel surgeries, and 2 auto immune diseases that affect muscles, nerves, and joints It is a lot to deal with. But by the grace of God. I am still standing tall in mind, body, and spirit. Ms. Amy made a recommendation to confer with a podiatrist. His name is Dr. J.Landry in Arlington. She described how the joints are interconnected and work together to make the joints move in sync with each other. Ms. Amy went on to tell me how the foot joints can or maybe the culprit to knee and back pain.I went to AOA yall. Lord , I just have to shake my head. I consulted with them initially about my back and foot. It was a big mistake. Dr. W told me Miss Amy didn't know what she was talking about. He is a professional, and she is just a physical therapist. The way he talked to me was insulting and hurtful. I never went back. I thought about it. I got a referral from Dr. Hermine and went to see Dr. Landry. I started treatment with my foot. Eventually, I had surgery to correct my foot problem. Guess what, yall? There was a bone, Dr. Landry put back into position. Immediately a few days after foot surgery, I noticed my right knee was not hurting anymore. I could bend down, get up, move, and walk so much better. I was so grateful to God . I had a knee replacement. It was so painful. I had this surgery in 2018. My back pain was excruciating. I had the foot surgery in 2024. The recommendation that Ms. Amy made it on point! I am so much better from the recommendation she made. So Guess who was wrong when he said that he was more professionally trained and Ms Amy didn't know what she was talking about!!! Now, Dr. Weiser is a great surgeon for some people but not for me. He was wrong!! I don't mind saying it. If you are looking for excellent physical therapy I highly recommend Ms. Amy. She does an excellent job in what she does. Regency Physical therapy employees, great people, the Sargeant Ms. Brittany, Amazing Amanda,Gracey full of Grace, Venia for Victory and Gabe Mr. baseball !! They all work well together with Ms. Amy leading the way. They are great with all the patients . They all have helped me at different stages in my life to get stronger and better mentally,physically , and spiritually.It has helped me to live a better life and deal with pain in a more effective way.When you know better you can do better. It takes time ,dedication , and a lot of hard work. If you need physical therapy, choosing Regency Pain & therapy is an excellent choice. I just had to give you props, Ms. Amy. Go head, girl!!!”

“I'm a patient of Dr. Cindy NG, she's a wonderful doctor! My latest visit was today 1/13/25 and I waited for that one, but I didn't mind waiting because she's a good doctor. She's very caring and thoughtful person. She listens to my concerns and explain anything l have a issue with. She's really takes time to help her patients. Thanks Dr. NG! (I only gave 4 stars because the exam room was freezing!)”

“I was a new patient to Regency Pain. I needed to reschedule an appointment. Called 12 times Monday to no avail. No one ever answered the phone!! I tried calling 4-5 times on Tuesday morning and same thing happened. Finally, I at least found a line that went through to an answering machine, so I left a message. The nice young lady who responded said that sometimes they have to just let phones go unanswered because everyone is too busy to answer incoming calls!! I decided I would find another pain doctor if their staff was allowing phone calls to go unanswered.”
