“Very disappointing experience, I waited 6 weeks for the appointment (no biggie, pretty common). Waitied 2 hours past my appointment time for the doctor to literally spend 4-5 minutes with me then only offer injections as a option. They received my PA 11/27 and still hadn't contacted me to schedule. Called yesterday, they are now booking into January. Patient care seems to be a low priority, more about overbooking appointments. Very frustrating as Dr. Sanders came highly recommended. I will be searching elsewhere.”

“Dr. Rebecca Sanders boy oh boy so much negative things I want to say. Her nurse spend more time with me than she did. So props to her, thank you, i'm glad you cared enough!!!!!! The Dr. She didn't bother to look me over didn't act like she cared. Handed me a paper took me to get 8hrs of sleep and 3 meals a day. Like, I don't already do that, lady. Actually, I get 10hrs. I like really lady I have pinch nerves It's my legs go numb when I sit down for too long. They go numb when I stand up for too long. They twitch when I drive. All of my med paperwork say no pain pills period because I don't want them. I've had 3 surgeries that I didn't even have pain. Meds after dr thought i was nuts. My thing is when a patient comes to you for help. You're supposed to help them, but no, and they want to base it off your age, and they don't want to help you. Or they just want to help period because be time they get to you they are sick of dealing with people you get the short end of the stick.... my opinion if you don't want to help why did you become a doctor in the first place. Because in my opinion, she needs to get a better bedside manner and help her patients. Because a patient that chooses to change a doctor because instead of someone driving an hour and a half, because they're having problems and rather change to drive twenty five minutes, a doctor should understand she shouldn't be hateful, and spend less than a minute and 30 seconds with a patient. And they wonder why doctors like this get lawsuits. And we won't even get started the ladies at the front desk.. let's just say everybody in that office. Needs Jesus”
