“I requested to be a patient at Metro Pain Clinic I was having some issues with my current Pain Management clinic and a friend had told me Dr Reasor was good to work with. I had everything faxed that Metro requested. The had told me to self discharge myself from my current pain management clinic before I could become a patient of theirs. After my previous clinic faxed all info to them, Metro faxes a denial to schedule me letter to them. They did not call or email me as for the reason. Not I have to hope my previous clinic will take me. Metro was very disrespectful and unprofessional!!”

“DR Reasor is an excellent physician but his staff is not up to par. They lost my MRI disk even though I wrote who it needed to go to and who it needed to be returned to. The staff are also very rude and insensitive to the pain people are in. Also Since Dr. Reasor is a one man show, getting an appointment in a timely manner is next to impossible so you ended up setting around in pain for months. 1/13/2021 This is an update to my post last February. There have been some changes at Metro Pain for the better. Dr Reasor is still a one man show but is an excellent doctor. His staff have worked to get me in when I needed treatment and Dr Reasor has helped me with additional treatment for injuries I experienced from a motorcycle accident. His anesthesiologist is outstanding and the scheduler has been extremely helpful in getting my appointments. Metro Pain is the best in Louisville in my opinion.”

“Dr. Reasor is AMAZING! He's very funny, excellent bedside manner, listens to every word you say and takes it in account. He's has been treating me with SPG blocks every month for 2 yrs now. I'm so glad God put thus doctor in my path. His team that works with him in the procedure room are amazing as well. They make you feel relaxed and at ease bc I'm a nervous nelly. His NP is also AMAZING! She listens, dosen't rush and I know she's there for me. A great place with great people. Front desk, Dana is great!
