“The very best pain doctor I've ever been to. I have deal with low back pain for over 20yrs. Dr Rao it the only pain doctor that's been able to help me.. Also her special procedure and technique, I think is much better and less painful. No tube or extra shots, definitely a bonus. I can't say she have the greatest bedside matter, I can overlook that. Also I would like to say that Dr Rao has a very bad back and has so many Back problems her self, she is in a lot of pain. Just remember, don't judge her so fast. Sometimes she may come off rude, at least to me. Remember she has more compassion then one mite think. That's to help people in severe pain. “I only rated her 1 star because I had to in order to write a review. She would not listen to me. Yes, I have a back injury, that does not bother me. I was told to look for a pain management specialist by the orthopedic sports medicine surgeon who had done 3 surgeries on my knee due to an injury. I start going to her and she insists I need shots in my back. I went back to her my next visit and said my knee pain has not gotten better. In anger she said you're going to have to go see your pcp. Then proceeded to say she can do another round of shots in my back. She insisted I go to the orthopedic surgeon she selected. I said no because I already went through the cortisone shots and chicken fat shots. She said there is a protocol to follow. Mind you she had images of my knee. I went to an orthopedic surgeon who is more invasive than the one I had been seeing this past Monday. He scheduled me for knee replacement surgery 12/23/2021. He told me I will need a GOOD pain specialist to help me before and long term after surgery until I finish physical therapy. This woman is a QUACK! I work in the medical field myself. I should have know better than to let her insist on these shots in my back. BEWARE of Dr Roa if you are in serious pain that's not in your back. She doesn't know what to do.”

“Dr. Rao helped my Mother, my husband and myself with extreme sciatica nerve pain. We believe this Dr. is devoted to relieving her patients from pain. She's not rude... just very serious speaking Doctor. Never had pain from the injections. In my opinion we need more "devoted" doctors like this. My highly recommended primary Dr. recommended her to our family years ago and still does. Thank you”

“My husband has been a patient of Dr. Rao's for 4yrs now and loves her! She always helps his pain with injections & even though they hurt she has a different procedure than other pain doctors he's been to which lessen the pain during the procedure. The injections are also long lasting. Very clean environment & courteous staff!”
