“Dr Shah is the best all the NP and other doctors and all the nurses are great. The office staff and billing people just are so awful. Accusing me of lying. I made an appointment spoke to billing and receptionist they took my copay and made an appointment for 9:30. I arrived at 9:25 today for my appointment. They tell me I don't have an appointment and I needed to pay more. I had clarified the payment and appointment twice with office staff tomorrow for today. They were rude and have no COMPASSION!!! I love my doctor or I would change doctors. I am a nurse for 34 years and know the business. What has happened to kindness in America??? Sad day.”
