Patient Testimonials
“I've been calling them for weeks. My neuro surgeon has called multiple times. I've filled out their forms on the website... I can't get anyone to call me back and make an appointment. I've been in desperate need of a pain block. The physician assistant has been told, "Oh we have all his information, we'll call him when we're ready." (Obviously I can only paraphrase this because I'm relaying what the PA said) I'm told that she's done everything she can do, submitted my records and the referral from the doctor twice, received confirmation, called again to ask, etc. I was injured at work, it's a worker's comp case - Maybe they just don't like this kind of work - i don't know - but I'd love to be seen. I understand that it's the Holidays, but it is now 12/16 and I think we're approaching 4 weeks since the surgeon reached out to them. Still don't even have an appointment scheduled. No amount of calling or messaging does any good - Maybe doctor Roberts will see this and something will happen. 12/18 - Still no contact.”

“Dr Roberts injected into both my knees 7-9-25 and was the first time I had met her at Alabama Pain. She has great bedside manner and I experience no pain even with a knee she could barely get the needle through because of a tight joint. I will definitely use her if needed.”
