“I had referral for queens pain and spine for a long time, I was told they call me, months go by nothing happened. I stopped by today at 4:40 to scadule appointment in person, there were three people behind the desk, two on computer and one standing. I was told everyone already gone home and no one can scadule me! It was not five yet. I was told they work in different department (physical therapy) and the reason one of the girls was using their computer (outpatient pain and spine), is because it was empty. To my request to scadule appointment I was denied, because three people in the office don't work for pain and spine, why do pain and spine say they open till 5 and why employee of different company uses their computer when they not there?! Something is wrong with this picture! Something is not right here! Please find out why people are using computer of different company when their staff is not there, and why they go home and hour early(this is what their manager told me, when. I asked why I can't scadule an apoitment today -because everyone went home early in pain and spine department, and she works with therapy...lol ). Same desk, same office, same building- but two different companieS? This is an acceptable, to have three people behind the counter and no one can help me to scadule appointment, and have my two referrals fo months and no one called and did their job.”
