“During my consult with this clinic for a stem cell procedure, I found some questionable practices and lack of important questions present that ultimately kept me from using their services. First, I never spoke to a doctor, just a salesperson who assured me that they could 'fix' me, despite not even having looked at my MRI (I had it with me). The salesperson literally had no idea what was wrong with me, but I was the perfect candidate for the procedure. Second, at no point was it asked if I had recently had a steroid injection or taken an oral steroid. The salesman actually wanted me to start the process that day and didn't ask if I had recently had a steroid injection, which I had, and nearly all regenerative medicine doctors agree that stem cells should not be administered for many weeks after a steroid is introduced to the body. Lastly, the 'physical' they give you prior to approving you for the procedure is merely palpating that doesn't seem relevant to if you can handle a bone marrow extraction and injections. During this portion, I was told that my psoas was being palpated while I was in a standing position- which I've never seen done in practice due to inaccuracy. In the end, I truly hope that this clinic is helping people and all these reviews are genuine. The pricing for PRP and stem cells was reasonable, and the few people I encountered were pleasant.”
