“Fortunate to have Dr Chen and his team (Aimee, Karen and MA's) so nearby for significant other's care. In addition to typical pain management practices, the doctor trained iin "a former life" in acupuncture/trigger point needling -- which is pretty unusual --and and relieved a lot of pain in husband's foot/tibia during first visit (after a bad break last January which hasn't healed well) Whole team is welcoming, efficient and compassionate. Pain specialists are pretty difficult to get appointments with, but at least the wait is worthwhile with Dr Chen's group. Very grateful..”

“I'm fairly new to the service (3 or 4 months) but Stephen and Dr Koogler both seem to understand my problems and concerns and have addressed them. I am able to live a more normalized life with less pain. So far I'm very happy with the service plus the front desk (Amy) and assistants are also pleasant and quit helpful. They took time to help me get the apps I need working. DoctorPlan app - I don't find to be very useful Healow app - Is quite helpful with seeing schedules and sending messages to the office, doctor or PA. It is similar to MyChart but not as robust. The first meeting required a lot of patience and questions to fill out but it was worth it. Prior to every visit there is also a lengthy questionnaire that seems repetitive but is also worth doing. I highly recommend this office. The facility is small and a bit worn but the staff makes it feel comfortable. I'm a happy patient.”
