“After 8 of the most stressful months of being a patient I have been kicked out of the program. Now I'm not saying I didn't make mistakes but the way the staff went about kicking me out was very unethical. Either the lady at front desk is unable to do basic math like 25 minus 1 or she purposely did what she did in order to set me up and get a negative response. So hopefully Dr koogler which was awesome and I actually thought he could help, gets to bottom of why I'm no longer his patient. Very disappointed overall”

“Having to find a new pain management Dr because my two pain management Dr's are retiring. I never thought I would find another Dr as good as I have had for the past 8+ years. And I went to my consultation visit and the first thing the ladies you meet at the front desk are absolutely fabulous. Then the doctors assistant is so sweet and nice and took her time getting to know me. Then came to doctor and he really took his time to get to know me and showed me that he cared about what I was going through and how my life has changed because of the pain and that he was willing to be my new doctor I am super excited about being at this place. THANK YOU DR Hillyer, Doug Stamp, and Marisa Bouquet along with all your three assistants were so very nice and the people at the front desk to the billing ladies were all so sweet, nice, and caring!!! I will miss all of you but I also have to THANK YOU for referring me over to Dr Koogler. This new place is going to be a great fit..... THANKS”

“I thought Dr koogler was great. He really listened to me and I felt confident he was a knowledgeable doctor. I am very frustrated about how you never can get a hold of anyone in this office! I an MRI but can't be scheduled for one because they don't have my patient charts. You absolutely can't get through to anyone nor can you leave a message music just keeps playing on and on. I have seen other doctors at this clinic and its the same thing you have to go there to talk to anyone you can not call.”
