“Dr. Malki and his nurse Jacqueline are wonderfully caring and patient. They will make sure to answer all your questions. My sister and I saw Dr. Malki in the grocery store. He knew who I was even though we were obviously outside of the office. He asked how I was doing after the procedure a couple of days before. He was happy to be introduced to my sister too. That's how I knew I had chosen the right doctor for me. The surgical side of the practice has wonderful staff there as well. They like to joke around as long as the patient does. They are very professional, but fun. Dr. Malki seems to strive for not only perfection but it's obvious how much he cares about his patients and his staff.”

“I was scheduled to see a different doctor , I saw Dr Malki . Having been in the healthcare field my entire career and as a patient , I have never met any doctor as rude and condescending as this doctor. It should have been an informative visit related to my medical history and treatment options. Instead I was not listened to or heard, I left shaken that a medical professional could discard me in every way. I was placed in a position of defending a medical affliction I had experienced some 20 years ago, not of my doing. I was berated for the current medications prescribed for me from a pain management doctor from the state I had just moved from. While I was seeking advice and direction in my care , Dr Malki wasn't interested in listening and providing a plan going forward. I found him completely unprofessional and left his office so grateful he did not want to help me also feeling trampled over with attitude and arrogance !”
