I visited Dr. Nelson in early September for imaging--it is late November, and I have still not received results or a follow-up. Despite over half a dozen phone calls to the office, giving times of availability and leaving urgent messages, I have still not received my results. Not via telephone, not via MyChart (which should be incredibly easy)...nothing. I get the same message each time I call the office, assuring that I will hear back from someone...no dice. Dr. Nelson struck me as a kind, honest, and empathetic problem solver, but this failure to follow-up and communicate with important results and next steps has left me in a standstill with chronic pain that only continues to get worse.”
