What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I have been a patient for years and have always been met with professional, exceptional and personable care. When the long drive became too much for me you accepted me so I could continue the amazing care I was accustomed to while saving 2 hours on our drive. Through pain physicians of Wisconsin I have been given a life I was told could never have Tuesday I will be seeing a new person and I hope she continues the care I have always received. I look forward to meeting her.”

“Well... I have been going to this pain clinic for several years and have always given 5 stars. After seeing a new PA Victoria Feuger for the 1st time, if I could give zero stars I would. Hopefully she doesn't fire me as a client now. She didn't take away my pain meds so it's not because of that. She made a point to say she specialized in psychological work and talked about that and meds. I already have a fantastic psychiatrist and I was there for pain management. She continued saying she prefers a conservative approach to pain. Well, previously I was on Fentanyl. By my own request I asked for Oxycodone again. A much lower dose than fentanyl was. My lower back and neck are very bad. Surgery was suggested for my neck but I'm trying to hold off a bit longer. For the 1st time in 10 years I actually asked for an increase in meds. I explained I cannot do alot of things I've enjoyed in the past. Ive been pretty down, to the point of tears because the pain affects how I live my life. She proceeds to give me a bs line about how I'm at the top for opioid mg. Ok guys, I'm on 10mg Oxycodone. Then mentions 2 other non opioid meds but cautions withdrawals. Her reasoning is so I wouldn't feel euphoria. I asked her what she meant and her response was an Ahhhh moment because I would feel pain relief. Ummm.. isn't that the reason I'm there??? Ive used most of the other pain relief procedures they provide already. So I'm told I need neck surgery but hey, let's reduce your pain meds so I wouldn't get the "euphoric " feeling (which i dont) and not crave more??? Makes sense right?! Oh yeah, plus I'd probably have withdrawals. Sounds fun right, because that would definitely help me continue to live, NOT! Remember, this is the 1st time I've ever requested a higher mg. At my own request, I had previously went down. So, I requested to see the other new PA for my next appointment. I really hope shes better at understanding pain and considering the impact it has on life and depression. Apparently I'm not "conservative ". I prefer to be able to enjoy life by being able to do what I enjoy doing. Unreal. I'll give the other PA a try. Otherwise they'll be loosing a very long term client.”
