Patient Testimonials

I have not been to pro spine and pain in over a year. And yet they're sending me a bill for twenty dollars on a sunday several times today even after i've asked them to stop. Their staff is been nonstop harassing me for a year now. The same way they harassed me when I was a patient there. Funny thing is the last time I was there over a year ago for an injection, I waited 3 hours past my scheduled time and then when I got testy and started bitching, Dr. Dino came in and told me if I didn't like it, I could find another place to do my injections and so I did, but not before his staff told me. To take off my mask. During covid season and how to staff, people lined up on each side of my bed as they wheeled me in for an injection that I would be sedated for. You can imagine the fear that went through my mind.As they were get glaring down at me, angrily from both sides of my bed. As I was starting to come to in my room, I could hear a nurse or somebody staff, wise saying she won't wake up. As I came to I got myself dressed and walked out, the building still sedated by myself. When I went in for a follow up appointment, they didn't bother to notify me and tell me that they're no longer going to see me as a patient. They waited till I got there to tell me that. They also sent me a letter after that, stating that they'll no longer see me as a patient. So since I have not been there in a year due to their request, how is it? I incured a twenty dollar bill for a recent appointment. A year later, and they're still harassing me. I guess my only other option is to either hire an attorney for harassment. Are contacted better business bureau, or both. Because enough is enough. I did a screenshot of the bill. They sent me in my email as proof.

All around horrible experience! First Issue: They have a centralized answering service that answers, but then they transfer you and you end up in a voice mail box 80% of the time. After a few calls over a few days I was able to get through to schedule an appointment. Second Issue: A few days before the appointment they call me and tell me my appointment is with a nurse practitioner. They never indicated that to me on the phone when I scheduled. I asked to speak with someone so I could discuss what the appointment would be like since I was seeing a nurse, not a doctor. Apparently their doctors don't see anyone for the initial visit; it's their "office policy" that patients meet with a nurse first. I specifically called this office because their DOCTORS had decent ratings; I can't check ratings on their nursing staff and this was not what I expected. But I spoke with the nurse's assistant (who was very nice) and I decided to keep the appointment anyway because all other offices seem to be booked 3-9 months out! Third Issue: A few weeks later I show up for my appointment EARLY (Layton office in Milwaukee) to fill out paperwork. I approach the office and the door is locked. I wait. Someone finally comes to let me and they don't even say hello. The crowd at the desk looks at me like I'm an annoyance. Then one of them tells they probably can't see me because I needed to be there a HALF AN HOUR before my appointment to fill out the paperwork. What?! They told me 15 minutes early on the phone!! Additionally, if you have a HALF AN HOUR of paperwork, there is a serious administrative issue! But if you honestly think you need 30 minutes of paperwork, then you need to mail it to patients prior to the appointment. She goes to double check with someone in the back and returns to tell me they won't see me and I'll have to reschedule. NO THANKS. What a hot mess. Take your business elsewhere. Unfortunately now I have to start from square one and reach out to other offices who told there would be a 3-9 month wait for appointments. I wish I had know this place was a joke and I would have saved myself 4 weeks. Now I have to start over. Will be calling my insurance company to complain as well.
