This discriminatory and disrespectful behavior not only invalidates the suffering of individuals like me with documented valid legitimate diagnoses and long term chronic pain but also proves this is not a safe place for legitimate help. “If your doctors are going to be Chronic Pain specialist, then they should be cognizant of what chronic pain does to the every day person and the toll it takes just to get by every single day. There are those who pain prevents them to make it on time. I understand at the end of the day, you all have a business to run and so things have to function in a specific order. If you are going to have a "No-Late" policy, that's fine. I think it's deeply impersonal and inconsiderate to the patients you SPECIFICALLY tend to, but if that's how you need to run a business, sure. But don't tell someone they can "Come on in!" when they call ahead of time and say they're going to be 10 minutes late just to only receive a call back 20-30 minutes later and tell them how they're inconsiderate to the staff and their specialist. DRIVING AN HOUR TO COME OUT TO YOU and FOREWARNED your desk TO BE considerate and NOW you want to tell someone off? I am OVERWROUGHT with disappointment and CLEARLY you all do not have the specialty you say you have. I will never recommend someone to come here. No one who's dealing with pain EVERY DAY of their life needs to be talked to in such an inhumane way.”
