Patient Testimonials

Terrible! They don't help for chronic pain. Dr Delorey was terrible to see. We fired each other. What I see, no one in that pain medicine facility, helps with pain. I live in miserable pain constantly. My Dr can prescribe what I was given. Gabapentin and cymbalta. Really all for nerve pain and 3 depression meds. 2 depression meds were from my primary Dr. This place isn't worth our time or effort. For no help. Looks like all Dr here I've researched, none help. In Las Vegas my pain mgmt. Helped me I had some more quality of life. Because they manage your pain. No problems, these doctors here, don't care!

My grandmother came in to see Dr Joshua Smith. Her appointment was at 10:30. She arrived at 10:29. The receptionist said that she was late because she had paperwork that she had to fill out. They let her fill it out and it took her 6 minutes. They let my grandmother wait and wait and then told her that if someone didn't show up then they would see her. They said they would even allow that person to be late. That is absurd when considering what they were putting my grandmother through. The people did show up and they sent my grandmother home without treating her. My grandmother is about to be 90, she has 3 vertebrae in her back that are completely done for, she is to fragile to undergo that surgery but was able to undergo a different surgery 2 weeks ago to repair her fractured hip. Obviously when someone has been through something like that there should be a little bit of leniency. These are supposedly medical professionals. Someone who is recovering from hip surgery amongst several other things are slow to move around and hard to get into vehicles. My grandmother has been in bed the past month in so much pain she can hardly leave her room let alone the house. Now she has to go so much longer feeling like this. I am completely disgusted with the way she was treated and hope nobody ever gets treated like this again.

My wife and I have been going to this location for over 2 years. We would normally see Dr J. Smith. Dr. Smith, I would consider, a perfect Dr. as he would first ask the patient how they are. My wife has extreme pain all the time. She cries because the pain is all encompassing for her. Unfortunately she couldn't see Dr Smith - a busy man. We had to settle for his associate PA Carlos Arturo Aries. He knows my wife is in extreme pain, but he was only concerned about her falling down. She has late stage Alzheimers, what did he except. He did not listen to either of us about her issue. When he did listen he became confrontational and stayed that way until we "fired him". To make it worse, some of his staff was also confrontational toward us. They must hang around Carlos too much. When we told him we would be looking for a new Pain Practice, all he said was, "That's your right". If you must go to this practice, ONLY see Dr. Smith. He has the 'bed side manner' of what you'd expect from a caring DR. DO NOT GO TO HIS PA. If you think I'm making this up, give PA Aries a try but don't expect too much. (just some friendly advice and this is only my opinion)

Terrible place. My Dr sent a referral. They never called. When I called them they transferred me to another location but told me they were waiting on prior authorization. I left a message and nobody returned my call. My insurance company told me they did not have any pending authorizations. Called back a week later and left another message. What an incompetent place. My dr even called over and they got same run around. Clearly they don't want business. I see a whole lot of people here had same terrible service. I wish they would get shutdown. I received a referral to another dr and they called me same day and got me scheduled. Bye bye Felicia.
