“They refused to bill my insurance even after my attorney called and advise they would be liable for legal repercussion for failing to bill insurance per legal statute. At my visit the billing representative was extremely hostile and tried to get nurse and doctor to kick me out. The nurse was even shocked by her behavior. Do not go to this practice. I've since transferred my care to ortho sport and spine. There is no wait time. The staff is kind and patient. The doctors listen and actually examine you and put in proper orders to relieve pain symptoms. Recommend everyone to switch to ortho sport and spine!!”

“Dr. Ashley Tyner Barranowski sent in a claim for my husband to have a procedure done. It was denied due to "lack of clinical information". Seeing how my husband is in excruciating pain we weren't thrilled to have to wait an additional 2 weeks to get approval from insurance to schedule his appointment. His appointment was last month and she still has not sent in another claim to insurance after her first mistake. Her nurse informed us there is nothing we can do until Dr. Ashley Tyner Barranowski sends in another claim. I asked what the hold up was and she had no answer. If you are referred to Dr. Ashley Tyner Barranowski by your physician... ask for someone else. Unless you enjoy checking up on your medical professional every step of the way to make sure they're doing their job she isn't the doctor for you.”

“Saw a Doctor named Ashley Mullinax, she was rude and cold. All she did was recommend Physical Therapy and Injections. I was 1 month out of having back infusion surgery and that's all she could offer. She was so rude that I walked out. She sent papers saying there was no Doctor/Patient "connection", you think? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.”

“Dr. Hall was the worst doctor I've ever met. A uncaring human and defiantly does not follow the code of ethics. We started in November and he pushed a fine unit so we did our research h and got the psych review and insurance approval. He never even told us. We sent 10 my chart messages and called 15 times and were told to go to the ER when we just wanted an appointment. So we finally got there 1/16/24 where we went in after a terrible fall from my wife. She sat there and couldn't move her purple swollen foot not being able to move her last 3 purple toes. And when we tried all his ideas depression pills rehab 30 times and it's been 6 months since her surgery. He diagnosed her with chronic pain fracturing syndrome he said your only option that I'll help you with is the surgery which is 40k and so many bad side affects such as the cords hooked to her spinal cord coming out no more real life.. co speeding she is only 38 with 3 small kids we said we want a second option until we can talk to a second opinion he them said it was getting hostile and fired us as a patient and then proceeded to throw us out. Knowing he just gets a huge kick back for each one he sells and does the surgery. This was a inhuman cruel human and wouldn't even call him a doctor. He is a horrible human. I will be reporting him to HR and his boss because he doesn't deserve to practice I the medical field. Worst experience of my life with a doctor and company.”
