“The Dr and the receptionist were very nice and friendly. Their scheduling department is a mess. The Dr told me they would call to schedule for my procedure within 2 weeks, never got a call, I did get a text (6 weeks later) telling me they got the order from the dr and would contact me soon. Never heard from them. Got a call from them after 2 months telling me they needed to reschedule my follow up (I didn'teven know i had), I asked what the follow up was for and was told rudely that everyone has a follow up. I told her the procedure was never done and she argued with me! I attempted multiple times to contact the appointment line for procedures, was transferred to "my" scheduler, left multiple messages but they never called back. So frustrating, I finally gave up and won't ever be back.”

“I had a new patient appointment that I was 20 minutes early for. Filled out there multiple forms of repeat information. I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes past my appointment time so I was there a total of 60 minutes. Everyone that was there before me and after me were seen. I sat there with no updates for 40 minutes. No one said anything to me. Then I heard someone say "is she still here did she leave yet". At that time I stood up said I wasn't waiting anymore and asked to reschedule. Two days later and the $161 dollars I paid has not been refunded. They are claiming it was a missed appointment. This office was a mess from the receptionist who wouldn't look me in the eye and was just rude to the statement by them that all the current doctors are leaving anyway and it will be all new staff February 1st. I wasn't told about all the doctors leaving until I went to reschedule, so I could've decided if I wanted to see someone who was leaving or reschedule with another provider. I do not recommend the Texas City location.”

“Dr Iyer is absolutely amazing. My Nina is almost 80 and for the first time she had an amazing experience. She had stuff injected in her knee and it's always been a horrible experience anywhere she's had something done at. He was amazing! Highly recommend him!!!”
