What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I came as a new patient after my car accident hoping to get relief and care for my injuries. Ashley stayed with me from start to finish and was a huge part in making me comfortable. she explained everything from start to finish of my appointment and was reassuring when I needed injections. The injections were not comfortable but her and the doctor talked and coached me through them. I appreciate the transparency the firm has pertaining to forms, records requests, and extra steps they took to ensure there was no history or drug abuse as prescriptions for medications were needed.”

“Had a terrible experience here, probably the worst of my life. I wasn't supposed to eat before my procedure, but wasn't told. So when I came in and informed them I'd eaten, they said it was fine and that the anesthesia would just be "tapered". The shot I got was the most painful experience of my life, I was screaming on the table. I would've happily rescheduled rather than go through this. They never mentioned extra pain as a result of less anesthesia. I expressed how upset I was, a doctor never came and spoke to me. They just sent me on my way, not caring at all how upset I was. I'm concerned that I have nerve damage in my back now because I was flopping around like a fish on the table with a needle in my back. I can't believe this just happened to me”

“Impossible to get in touch with. PAs see patients and can only discuss 1 questions per visit. Practice attempted to set up a procedure with me on the wrong body part entirely because their records were mixed up. Doctor did a procedure, gave me instructions for aftercare, and rolled me out the door despite my pain having been so severe I was falling and passing out. Now they are unreachable and not taking appointments and I have been unable to get around safely on my own for a week after this surgery. There is nobody at this practice who has any care or concern for the well being or healing of patients.”

“Dr Lee is very nice, however last time I was seen by PA Christina Soliman and was made to feel like a junkie needing her fix. Mind you,... I hadn't been there in over a year as I only come in if my neck gets too tight. Most medications do not work to loosen up the knots I get in my neck and shoulder. As someone who only comes in once or twice every 1-2 years I don't feel they should be telling me about not prescribing certain medications because of the risk of misuse. Use your PMP people! I don't doctor shop and yes am in fact an RN whose body is basically falling apart from caring for patients in the ER the past 20 years! Not everyone is looking to get high when they come in... and yes, some people generically need stronger meds. I feel sorry for DR Lee as he is great but this practitioner needs some more training or to see how she feels after 2 decades of lifting, moving, restraining patients! Also, the front desk staff either didn't get pre approval or didn't use an anesthesiologist that was covered and certainly didn't tell me I was going to receive a bill for almost $900 for an epidural in my neck that didn't even work. Dr Lee, you are great but the rest of the office needs work. I don't think I will be back as your PA made me feel as though I was a drug seeker and that's terrible.”
