“Don't ever come here if you're not trying to wait all day. God forbid you come to just get a walkin tb test, it's 20 dollars more expensive than what the site says and you'll have to wait an hour plus the day you get your test done, then 2 hours plus the day you come in to get the results. Only reason I wouldn't give this place 1 star is because the unfortunate receptionists and nurses that work here are all very nice.”

“I have been to so many doctors, and this clinic right here is truly my TOP.. I just cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at PrimeMed. Each and every one of them have always been courteous and professional, and they make my visits as comfortable as they possibly can each and every time. The staff from signing in with the desk receptionist has always been friendly and efficient. ( Let me say the staff here is truly the absolute BEST. Don't ever forget to appreciate the work it takes to run a clinic it truly starts in the office and the nurses. The Dr. Could never be successful without them ) My Doctor Dr. Roberts has been nothing but immensely patient with me ( iykmyk ) he takes the time to explain everything I ask, and every test result that comes back, he also explains to me he is very knowledgeable about everything.. He doesn't just throw pills at you. He's very big in vitamins and getting better . He's such a positive doctor. What blew my mind about my doctor and made him different from the rest is HE LISTENS AND HE DOESN'T WRITE YOU OFF WITH A SCRIPT PAD he also takes the time to address all my questions and concerns. I leave this clinic every time feeling confident in the care I receive each time. If you're looking for a reputable clinic with compassionate staff nurses and a doctor, look no further. “I got here at 815 the people behind the counter looked at me finished their conversation then asked me what i needed. The whole atmosphere is unprofessional. After filling out paperwork it still took til 845 to get it to the back. Mind you I am the only person here. She get me to the back and tell me the doctors not here yet and I'll have him come see you when he get here. The room is dusty looks used there's no beding on the exam chair so I sat in a regular chair. The desk in the room is dusty and had paperwork from a previous patient. Nothing in this room indicates they can do a job probably. After waiting for an hour I walked out and ask is the doctor here Stephanie said no. I don't advise anyone to go here.”
