“I am sitting outside their offices right now. My appointment was for 3:45. There is a little bit of traffic and I got there at 3:50. I was told the doctor had already left for the day. They told me that I could have called and let them know that I was going to be late.... I was driving through traffic and I don't make phone calls when I drive. Being 5 minutes late and not being able to be seen is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Dr Kent.... Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this office at all. They do not have the patient's best interest at heart.”

Although it is a clinic for pain, you don't feel as if you are an experimental subject like other clinics. Great communication with their patients!”

“The medical staff as well as the ladies at the front desk are wonderful! Dr. Kent was direct, to the point and performed my injections quickly and comfortably. The downside to this office is the insurance person. She is rude, unprofessional and clearly doesn't understand how insurance actually works. They will over bill you up front and then take over six months to return the overpayment. It's sad that one person can ruin the experience and quality of an entire clinic. I will not be back.”
