“Wow! Been in pain for years. Went here. Got injections. First step. Ok! Great. Let's follow up. I cry so much and I'm always miserable from my neck and shoulder pain. When I go to the follow up I get told that the doctor,( who is no longer there) suggested a few things and I'm thinking that sounds great. Well, this doctor don't agree. So here. Take some pills that have numerous amount of side effects, oh and no need to follow up. LIKE HELLO. PAIN MANAGEMENT! I got told Jesus would help. I leave crying. THESE PEOPLE ARE WORTHLESS. When I called back later to try to advocate for myself the lady who answered the phone gave me an attitude. Now I have to start the whole process over and get a referral to another pain management doctor. I can only hope that they help me.”
