“Been going to Premier Pain and Wellness for a few months. Everyone on staff has been very friendly and kind. The office is always clean. Dr. Dais can be no-nonsense when she needs to be but I feel like she cares and actually listens to you. For the most part, everything seems to run on time. You get taken back pretty quickly and I never feel there's an overlong wait for the doctor to come see you. A lot of procedures seem to be able to be done in office which convenient. The practice also uses an App for appointments, payments, and medical records which is easy to use and convenient. My pain isn't gone but I know they are working to find something that will work. Also, for bigger people. While my weight was discussed and losing weight has been stressed as necessary - my pain was not blamed on my weight and I was not told that my problem would be solved by losing weight. Which is refreshing. I would recommend.”
