“They do not work well with you. You tell them your needs and are told to use the portal. At the visit i was told i had to come back again for the adjustment to my pain pump after using the portal as a reminder about the adjustment. They keep me coming back to no avail. The pain pump is not helping much after ten months. Im looking for another pain doctor.”
