“Everything went down hill for me when Jordan started being my nurse practitioner. I don't know why I couldn't have kept Courtney. She really cares about her patients. A false positive is what happened to me there. If I was a Dr I would have gotten another urine to make sure the results were correct. I'm really upset for being accused of something I didn't do. I've been going to Hillsboro location since 2017. This that happened to me seams so shady. I wonder if it was because I had wasn't taking the shots in the back of getting oaba stimulator put on ? When you release your patients because it's all about the money I guess. I told the truth and God knows it. I was in the hospital for five days and the Dr gave me Ativan because they had me on a invasive ventilator and they gave it for me as bedtime. I had 90 0/0 carbon dioxide in my lungs. Do when I got released on the fifth day I had an appointment with Jordan and so she took urine. This past Tuesday I had another appointment and she told me I had Klonopin in my urine. There is no way. Pretty sure it was the Ativan. I am going to suffer for sure. My spine is in bad shape. The pain is terrible. I'm still in shock. I don't understand it at all. It seemed like Jordan was always waiting for me to fail. I really missed Courtney. She really cared and explained everything to me. She helped me so much. As you know Courtney I won't be coming back, but I truly want to thank you for everything you done for me and your kindness. God bless you all and God bless for the false positive test. And Jordan never said a word about the Ativan being in my urine, which it should have been there. Which I took while in the hospital under Dr care. Just that Klonopin was in the urine. What's up with that ? Shouldn't Ativan been in the urine ?”
