“I have been going to the Loveland location for over 4 years and it was horrible, sometimes I waited for 1-2 hours for my appt. I made the switch to the Middletown location and couldn't be happier. The staff is amazing, especially the receptionist Stephanie, she knew my name from day 1 and is so sweet. Also Darcy, the Xray tech, is always smiling and in such a good mood whenever I get any injections, and it puts me at a little more ease. And let's not forget Dr. Wray, easy to talk to, calm comforting voice, and so very sweet as well. Overall, this location is the absolute best.”
