Patient Testimonials

Things have gone from great to not so great. Javid Baksh, is amazing!! He listens, cares, and works toward making life better for his patients. I wish I could see him every time I have an appointment. On the other hand I'm truly not happy with Jon Ross, I always get the impression he's simply not interested in the pain I'm dealing with every minute of every day. He doesn't listen, acts as though it's an inconvenience for me to be there. He finally sent me for an x-ray of my elbow, but he didn't bother putting on the order it's the bottom side of my elbow with a lump, so the x-ray was of top with nothing found. WoW, big surprise there. Between my back and my elbow my quality of life is at ZERO. Now, I'm dealing with screwed up billing. I've been going to PPS since 2023 with no billing problems at all, and now out of the blue I'm being hit with a ridiculous balance.

I have tried numerous times to make an appointment. I have a referral but never get a call back. The person who answered this morning was extremely rude. I don't appreciate being treated this way. I am know having the VA refer me to someone who actually cares for their patients. Thanks for letting me know upfront what I would have had to deal with. Thank you for nothing and treating a disabled female veteran with the most such utter disrespect. I will be informing the VA of this incident.

Dr. Ross at Premier Pain Solutions in Easley, SC should be ashamed of himself. This is by far the WORST doctor I have ever encountered in my life. My 72 year old grandmother has been having constant headaches for 3-4 months. This man prescribed her "Buprenorphine" a drug similar to "Suboxone" to treat opioid use disorder, WHICH SHE DOES NOT HAVE. You must've guessed it, it didn't help with her headaches at all. Instead they caused her to be violently sick, nausea and vomiting, all last night and this morning. When I called this morning to speak with him about it, his advice was to continue her on that medication. YOU WANT PEOPLE TO DIE SIR AND SHOULDN'T BE A DOCTOR, YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO SAVE LIVES, NOT PUSH SOMEONE CLOSER TO DEATH....This is malpractice and he will be sued!!

Went there for months, and kept on requesting imaging, it was never performed, yet they did several different types of injections, without ever explaining what they were I always had to ask, staff are definitely friendly and helpful, but my experience is I don't even believe the injections were done correctly. As now I am with a new pain management and the very first thing they did was imaging, and they very well explained the results, and where the pain was coming from, and the injections I'm receiving from the new pain management, have been successful and much different than the ones given at this place. So I don't know, I guess everyone has their own experiences, but for me, this was a waste of time and, just felt like they were sucking my insurance dry without actually trying to determine where the pain was coming from and focus on that.
