This is not a professional medical clinic. They have not had air conditioning for months. Last time I had an appointment on July 27th it was 98 degrees inside their office. PLEASE read all the 1 star reviews before making this clinic your medical place. The short man at the front desk has flat out lied, he was very angry for no reason and accused's me of being late for my appointments. Today was the last straw when he called me "stupid". In five months I have never been late once and rescheduled once because I was sick. Not only is it 98 degrees in the waiting room Premier Health Services has ran behind 2 hours each time I have had my appointment. About one month ago after five months of my appointment running two hours past my scheduled time I asked to speak to the office administrator, which I guess is the short man at the front desk, he came in my room furious, stating he had to cross every t and dot every I and if he took cash he would arrested. None of his angry ranting had anything to do with my question of "why does my appointments consistently running two hours past the time of my actual appointment", the man at the front desk clearly has issues after lying, getting angry and calling me stupid. There are numerous 1 star reviews about him specifically. When giving a urine sample there was dozens of cups in the box, not only is it unsanitary warm urine waiting in a metal box will go bad and could ferment giving incorrect false-positive results for, alcohol, protein, false-negative results for leukocytes and erythrocytes. My urine test came back with a false positive for alcohol and I am 62 yrs old and have not drank since college. I flat out refuse to let this nonsense happen! When I asked the nurse practitioner about all of the above, like why is your front desk man yelling at me because I asked why my appointments consistently run 2 hours past my scheduled time, and why is it 98 degrees she says they are short staffed and they don't want to fix the air conditioning bc they are moving soon. There are neg reviews dating back 3 yrs of the air conditioning not working. Because the man at the front desk was so very unprofessional, angry and when he called me stupid it gave me my first panic attack, he accused me of complaining every time I am in the office which is a flat out lie, I only asked about the 2 hours wait time, once. I was very patience for month after month however when someone snaps and calls you stupid at the front desk, no air conditioning in July and makes you wait 2 hours, gives you a false-positive urine test for alcohol, then accuses you of complaining RUN RUN RUN!

I tried to reach just slightly a few minutes before closing, and after closing to see if I could reach someone after hours regarding impatient that has been going there for years, we had to miss the appointment due to a grandbaby getting burned, and I was unable to reach anyone. I left my phone number in the details with the machine and they're closed on Friday so I didn't feel like that was exactly fair for a truck driver that has been a good faithful patient to be left without just because of a rare instance, that never happens, never miss appointments always there on time if not early just been a great patient and I was upset that I couldn't reach anyone for him as I am his emergency contact so I was trying to help him that I could not get a call back. I even have the card number and copay right here available. If they could find it in their hearts now, how about a patient that has been faithful and kind and always in every appointment and does exactly what they are supposed to do. I feel like that is an unusual circumstance that could be helped so hopefully I left my number on the answering machine because I started calling before closing and I called after for the after hours and there is no after hours person available so hopefully I'll get a callback from them and I can edit my review then.

I have been going hear 7-8 years. They treat you with the respect you give. They have very strict rules to follow, Medical and just to have there doors open. If you fail a drug test, that's on you. They work with you if something happens, know for a fact , my credit card was stolen, (no idea ) went to make payment, they were kind enough to let me come back in and split the payment in half. If I could give more stars I would. Poor Shannon, look what he puts up with. He has people blaming him for everything. If we had to deal with 60 people a day, trying to help, and when something goes wrong, he still has the laws they have to go thru. They have always treated me very kind, Follow there rules, take your medication as you are told, and pass your drug screen. I thank God, for there office staff, your not just a number, they become family.
