“Dr. Khaimov is an excellent doctor but his employees at Fresh Meadows office are very inefficient. I had a referral for an MRI which was never sent to the radiology. I called the office 3 times to ask why the radiology center was not receiving the referral and the answer every time was (" sorry, I don't know why it was not sent before, but I just sent it)" The third time when I called the radiology center to make my appointment the answer was the same. They didn't sent the referral . It was a very frustrating experience .I really liked this doctor but unfortunately I cannot deal with his irresponsible and not trusting staff. Finally, I gave up and went to another doctor.”
