“After months of appointments, being pressured into a procedure I told them I had a bad reaction to years before, being misled about said procedure every time I talked to someone from their office, and then having a bad reaction to it(surprise) I was basically told that they wouldn't do anything to help my pain. After the procedure I called the office to get some help because I was in so much pain that I literally wanted to die, they said they wouldn't give me anything for the pain. Went to the follow up appointment where they said they won't give me anything else to help because the medications they have prescribed didn't work (I told them before they prescribed it that none of it has ever worked in the past 10 years but they wouldn't give me the things that did help previously) When I was leaving in tears and I said "I just don't understand how you could have someone telling you they want to die because they are in so much pain and you won't do anything to help them" Dr Baird seriously told me "well I don't have a magic tool box". No, no magic tool box, but you do have a magic prescription pad that you could magically fill out for something to help me but instead you'd rather I keep paying hundreds of dollars to continue to be in an insane amount of pain with no relief in sight.
