“I was referred to numerous pain clinics after my back surgery and I got over 10 call backs from various pain clinics and i originally made several appointments but when one called me back and actually talked to me about my imaging, then she went on to inform me that "Dr. Hilginhurst has reviewed my case and believes he can help me". And All the other clinics just wanted to know my insurance info and to make sure I could pay. I immediately canceled all other appointments and went to Precision pain. Every single staff member has been so nice and helpful. Dr. Hilgenhurst was extremely thorough and helpful. He new all about my case before he even sat down with me and even new some things about my injury that were not in my file, just from his prior experience. “I've been in pain management for many years, and I have been to 3 different clinics since I moved to Murfreesboro. This is honestly the first one that I've ever found that treats me like a person and not like "just another drug seeker" which is why I left the other pain clinics. The wait time for appointments is rarely very long; on average 15 minutes or less. The waiting room is large and has plenty of comfortable seating. “I had been a patient with Dr. Hilgenhurst for the past 8 months till this morning. I had been very patient every time I went in for an appointment because it always took at least an Hour and a Half to even see him. This morning was no different, my appointment was at 9:00 AM, he finally walks in at 10:40 only to tell me I am being kicked out of their pain management program because I got an injection from my Ortho Doctor at TOA instead of using his office for the injection. I had tried to schedule the injection with Dr. Hilgenhurst's office but due to time restrictions of having surgery in 6 weeks and not being able to get an injection 1 month prior to surgery I scheduled the injection with TOA because they could get me in. If you plan on using Dr. Hilgenhurst's office be prepared for a VERY long wait at each appointment and be prepared for a very rude doctor. I can not believe that they would kick out a patient for getting medical treatment they could not provide and then be a rude as he was, literally walking in, telling me I am kicked out and then walking out leaving the room door open and walking off and leaving me to find the check out area myself. Talk about childish and unprofessional.”
