“Don't waste your time going here. Waited for over an hour past my appointment time while watching the room fill up twice with people with later appointment times than me go in to their appointments. Doctor had no bedside manner whatso ever either in person or in notes that were needed for follow on appointments elsewhere, and a follow on MRI was supposed to be scheduled was ordered but the doctor failed to denote where the MRI was supposed to be done resulting in no test and absolutely no follow up. Additionally, if you need notes from your appointment they require you to sign a statement of release to get a copy of your own notes for yourself. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.”

“Canceled my appointment the day before my appointment because I went off on Dr Simpson in 2014 because he wouldn't hear anything I had to say and didn't care one bit about how i was doing or feeling. I have been in crazy pain for a while made my appointment over 3 weeks ago and they waited until the day before to tell me. This office is a joke doctor Simpson has no care about your well being. I wasn't going to see him I was going to see the other doctor told the receptionist they are going to do this to me being in all the pain I'm in they said there was nothing they could do for me. Avoid this place please I don't want anyone to be treated the way I have. They don't care about there patients. Now i have to wait another 3 weeks to be able to get into any other doctor. You guys really need to be a better place and have sympathy for your patients. Learn its about them not a paycheck Simpson. Thanks for nothing again Judy like you did in 2014 for my back fusion.”

I looked back at my phone records and had no such call. The extremely rude person on the phone informed me that the doctor couldn't help me. I waited over a month for a call, but it never came. I received a rude call telling me they couldn't help me. Nice customer service Powder River Orthopedics & Spine.”
