My girlfriend told her she has depression and anxiety and wants to get her medical card renewed. The lady, Barbara, was extremely rude and proceeded to yell at my girlfriend when she had a question. My girlfriend said okay thanks and hung up. I can't believe someone can be so rude after asking a simple question. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! - DO NO GO TO BARBARA NAILEY”
