“I had a consult with nurse practitioner David. He came in the room and spoke at me for almost the entirety of the meeting, while his body language and tone of voice clearly showed he wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. He was nervously tapping his foot the whole time, and while I was talking he was tapping his fingers on the desk and even yawned while I was in the middle of asking a question. He seems knowledgeable but his bedside manner is horrendous and does not reach my standard of care. Dr Stapleton may be good but I'll never know because no way in hell am I moving forward with this clinic. Also, I had to fill out the pre-appointment questionnaire three separate times - once when I booked the appointment, once when they had to reschedule me (not my choice), and once again when I showed up for the appointment. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else.”

“I was led to believe by a referring doctor that this location would be able to help identify the cause of my pains. Making this visit a waste of time and money. Not only that, I made an appointment to see Dr. Stapleton instead I saw a nurse who was unable to help besides basic information and sceduling a procedure I didn't want in the first place. They charge the cost of a specialist visit for what would barely warrant an email!”

“I had my initial visit with this office today, and I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my entire life. I filled out an enormous of paperwork before my appointment. I arrived on time, and they asked me to resubmit paperwork that I had already completed online. This took about 10 minutes. I sat for another 10 minutes, and asked why I wasn't being seen. The receptionist informed me that they ask people to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, which I was never made aware of, AND even I were, I don't know why they would ask a person to come in 30 minutes early who had already completed their paperwork online ? It's very disrespectful of their patients time. I considered rescheduling to their Hillsboro office because it was going to impact other appointments I had that day, but they wouldn't have been able to get me in for quite some time which was not an option for me given my level of pain. At one point, I was quite literally, verbally attacked by a medical assistant for questioning why I was asked to come in so early, asking about rescheduling, etc. The only reason I didn't leave is that I waited for this appointment for so long, I'm in excruciating, chronic pain, and rescheduling would have pushed out my ability to be treated. Nurse practitioner was thankfully very professional, which I hope is more indicative of how Dr. Stevenson will administer my initial treatment. However, I will never set foot in the Happy Valley office again, and I will be actively searching for another solution longer term.”

“This Place wasted my time and Money. Talked to them about injections and they said come in. After waisting an hour of my time they said you need to go to physical therapy first. It's total Bullshit because they knew already that I hadn't been to physical therapy because they knew all my medical history. Then the icing on the cake they sent me to a collection agency. So ask if you need physical therapy before they waste your time and Money.”
