“The staff were great - every one of them. Pre-procedure prep right through the procedure itself. The facilities were fine - except for that awful chair I had to use instead of a gurney. It was uncomfortable and terribly unprofessional - especially considering the fact that you charge were the same as places like Columbia River Surgery Center.
