“I overpaid when i mey my deductable in Febuary. They would not let me see the provider unless i paid my visit price, which i shouldnt have, bc i already made my deductable. I had no choice but to pay it and called them about it several times. Finally i got on a 3- way call with Medicare saying this is a VIOLATION and that PMC needs to pay me. So PMC tells me theyre sending out a check which should take 15-20 business days. Meanwhile its 2 months later and no check. They only have an answering machine, ive left my name and number 3-4 times now and they dont call back. So my next move is a letter to the Attourney. General. This is thrft by now and a hightened violation to Medicare.”

“What is going on with the PMC medical groups? Nobody's answering their phones their mailboxes are full. You can't leave a message. I am a patient and I am out of my meds. What do I do? It was difficult for my PCP to have to supply me with my meds for three months. According to PMC I owe them $50 for a missed appointment. I never missed that appointment. I called in maybe I called in a little too late. Things happen in life And sometimes you just have to do what you have to do. Well, as far as I am concerned that $50 will never be paid and I don't care if it goes in to credit bureau. I think for the wrongful doing that they did to many of us. That they should just Eat the $50 and stop sending bills in messages because it will never be paid. Thank you all for listening. I have a wonderful doctor now closer to home. I am very happy that he understands my pain.”

“DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They screw up the billing, you call, spend an hour on hold, they say its taken care of, then they send you to collections, and also have their diagnostics bill you separately. Who then also sends you to collections despite repeatedly saying "its taken care of"”
