“I had worrisome pain in my chest and showed up at the Clinic without an appointment shortly before closing time. I was seen immediately, given an EKG and blood was drawn for lab work. These tests showed the possibility of a heart attack and a flight for life plane was quickly ordered to transport me to Cheyenne. The staff was caring and professional and didn't complain (or even mention) that they were working after hours. It turned out that I had had a mild heart attack, and the calm and efficient work of the staff made a traumatic situation much easier to handle.”

“Two huge issues: 1. The doctor told me my blood work was unnecessary, but pressured me to do it anyway. $700 dollars later, she was right...the blood work was pointless. It seems like they are trying to gouge their patients or get kickbacks from the lab or something. $700 is a huge amount of money to lose. 2. It was incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone here. Forget about a call back. It's been 8 months and my issue has yet to be resolved. I understand now why they have such a low rating.”
