“My wife and I were patients with poto for 8 years. This doctor admitted to hitting my wife's nerve while injecting her back which has resulted in her having pain in her lower area that continues years later. Poto has not seen either of us for the past 5 years and tossed us around to other staff members. Carol is a wonderful person but obviously doesn't stand up for her patients. After 7 years we came in 13 minutes late and his staff thought it would be funny to reschedule us for 2 weeks out. Our medication ran out and they couldn't care less. The staff has been changed out constantly. Poto got one staff member pregnant and she brought in a bunch of angry rude staff members. My wife and I are very disappointed with how poto has changed, he was very concerned when we were his first patients as you can see by my previous review 7 years ago. He even had us come to his home where he gave us our prescriptions and befriended us. Thankfully we found a great place to get excellent treatment closer to home. We will never forgive poto for the treatment we received and hopefully we can still get compensation for the pain and suffering my wife deals with because of his negligence.”
