I had been having morning headaches associated with neck pain, and the pain greatly interfered with my sleep quality for 12 months. Two sessions of Prolo therapy eliminated my headaches. I still have the morning exhaustion, but the headaches are gone which is a huge improvement. I am hoping a few more sessions will help relieve the rest of my neck pain and allow me to get the rest I need.”

“8/14/2024 So disappointing! If you have BCBS OF SC insurance & are a NP, they expect you to pay $250 for your initial visit. They were supposed to call me and let me know ahead of time. I've had an appt scheduled since 7/17 for 8/28. DR is out of town for my appt so I was asked to come in sooner. I filled my paperwork out and immediately sent it back to them with my insurance info on 7/17. I arrived at 9 am as requested. I was greated & asked if i had filled out my paperwork. I exclaimed that i had on the 17th & sent back to them immediately, she found that she did have a chart created for me. I gave them copies of my ins and DL cards. I waited over 1/2 hr to be called back. Got into room and was told that my Blue Essentials BCBS OF SC plan hasn't been paying so I needed to be prepared to pay $250 for today's visit. "They pay some claims but they've not been paying so they collect the $250 when you leave & "she's" been calling patients and telling them." At no point was I told this. Unfortunately I don't have $250 to spend at this time. My OOP ins obligations have been met so I expected this appt to be covered. I was looking so forward to this visit to hopefully finally get it of pain. I'm so angry now & disappointed. What an unorganized disaster of a front office. We drove 1/2 hr to the office and waisted 1.5 hrs this morning not to mention the amount of time it took to fill out pprwk. Huge disappointment!!! I never got to see or meet the Dr so I can not attest to his abilities.”
